Evolution Studios’ group game director Matt Southern has recently revealed he was worried about the company’s future after MotorStorm Apocalypse’s release.
After a number of delays due to unfortunate release scheduling coinciding with the devastating natural disasters in Japan and the games main theme being a collapsing city the game didn’t have a great start and majorly suffered as a result. Southern revealed that “It’s been quite a tough year for us, especially early on in the year,” adding that with the way Apocalypse was received by the public made him “worried it might be the end of Evolution”.
Luckily for racing fans Evolution Studios survived and is currently developing MotorStorm RC for the PlayStation Vita.
