WWE Games announced via Twitter confirming that the second DLC pack for WWE All Stars is coming on July 5th.

In case you don’t understand twitter language, DLC Pack 2 contains R-Truth, Jerry “The King” Lawler, Chris Jericho and The Road Warriors, Hawk and Animal.
The DLC pack 2 for WWE All Stars is only available to purchase and download for the PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the game.
