Today, Iceberg Interactive revealed Shifting Tides upcoming title, The Sojourn, will release on Sept. 20, 2019 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and via the Epic Games Store on PC. Those looking for a Steam release will have to wait until 2020, but the title has, if nothing else, been confirmed for release.
For those unfamiliar with The Sojourn, it’s a “thought-provoking” puzzle game where you find the answers to “the nature of reality” by exploring light and darkness.
The story is described as a tale about coming to realize the darkness in your own world and discovering the secrets that lie in the shadows. But, before you can do that, you’ll need to explore the world of The Sojourn by overcoming various challenges that will test your problem solving skills.
To go along with the news, a new trailer was released to celebrate the release date announcement. The one minute trailer does a good job showing the range you can expect from The Sojourn, along with the fascinating locations you can explore.
