It looks like Tennis World Tour will not have a universal worldwide release date like most other big releases. Instead, the release date will be different depending on the platform you own and the country you currently live in.
The official Tennis World Tour Facebook page made an update to the release date situation for the game. You can read their statement on the matter posted down below.
“First off, the release date for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One largely remains the same: 22 May for digital and retail. However, in some countries there might be a slight delay, so it’s best to check our website (https://tennisworldtourgame.com/), which we update constantly, and/or talk to your trusted retailer of choice. (For example, in Germany, Austria and Switzerland the retail release date is 29 May).
They also mentioned that the game will have a big day one patch so make sure to download that before you start playing the game. The developer is going to keep updating and improving the game via many updates in the near future so make sure to give them a lot of helpful feedback.
