It’s only two more months until E3 2018 happens and everyone is waiting in anticipation to see what new games will be announced by the world’s biggest gaming publishers. In terms of what Microsoft will be showcasing, it’s strongly expected that Forza Horion 4 will be showcased/announced for the first time at the annual gaming show.
Head of Xbox in Spain and Portugal, Fernanda Delgado, seemed to have confirmed the existence of Forza Horizon 4 during a recent interview with Gamereactor Spain (via DSOG). He said the following: “There have been many speculations about where the next Forza Horizon will be and that is what we will tell later at E3“.
The Forza Horizon series has already visited the United States, France and Australia in the past three games. Many people are hoping that the fourth game visits Japan for the very first time. Japan is a great place for racing especially when it comes to drifting.
It’s more than likely a new Forza will be announced at E3 because a Forza game is released annually. It remains to be seen if Playground Games will still be the series’ developer. A new developer could be stepping in because it has been reported that Playground Games is moving on to make a new RPG-like video game instead.
