Bethesda has currently advertised that it is hiring for an Australian/NZ community manager to work in their offices in Sydney. Bethesda announced the vacancy over on the official Facebook page.

Here’s a further job description: “The Community Manager (ANZ) is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities surrounding the reporting & administering of online communities for the company’s games, including official websites & social media channels. While working in a cross-functional team, the Community Manager (ANZ) shall work closely with the EU and Global offices to keep the online community engaged and its base growing, and shall effectively utilise knowledge of the company’s games and community to assist the Marketing Manager/Director with ideas and designs that will work to drive revenue.”
In order to apply, you need prior experience in Marketing, Communication and Public Relations. You will also need to have game industry experience too plus good communication skills to interact with the online community.
