While many people are still looking forward to the release of Dragon Ball FighterZ later this month, Bandai Namco is still supporting Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as well. The next DLC pack will be released for the latter game giving us some characters that have appeared in the Dragon Ball Super TV show that is currently airing online.
As reported by ShonenGamez, the latest issue of V-Jump magazine revealed some of the new fighters coming to the sixth DLC pack of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Jiren from Universe 11 is making his video game debut in this DLC and we also receive the Dragon Ball Super version of Android 17. A new character by the name of Fu is also going to be a part of this DLC.
As always, this DLC is not just about new playable characters either. A new story plus several items will also be added for players as well. We should know more specific details plus a release date for the DLC sometime in the coming weeks to come. Jiren and Android 17 are going to have some new attacks that have not been in the game before.
Speaking of Dragon Ball, ShonenGamez also revealed that Android 21 will be playable in the other game called Dragon Ball FighterZ. She can transform into a new form that makes her skin look pink and her hair turn white. She is pretty much a Majin form like Majin Buu making her super powerful.
Anyway, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is out now on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. As for Dragon Ball FighterZ, that game is out on January 26th, 2018 for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. DLC Pack 6 for Xenoverse 2 is expected to be released sometime in February 2018.
