Hitman is a popular video game series starring the cool character of Agent 47. Now the game will be getting its own TV series very soon.
Deadline reports that a new Hitman series is in the works by both Fox 21 and Hulu. The pilot is being written by Derek Kolstad. People may know Kolstad best as the creator John Wick.
They hope Hitman can become a “flagship series” thanks to the talent involved. As of right now though, an actor has yet to be chosen for the role of Agent 47.
This is not the first time the series has gone outside of gaming. We got two Hollywood movies in 2007 and 2015. Agent 47 was portrayed by Timothy Olyphant and Rupert Friend respectively.
