The Japanese have been very eager to get their hands on a Nintendo Switch despite the console selling out constantly. The shortage of consoles in the country however were not able to slow down sales of Super Mario Odyssey.
Media Create released its best selling games and Super Mario Odyssey managed to attain 462,038 units already. This is just a span of a few days ranging from October 27th until October 29th.
The Switch console itself did really well selling around 126,701 units. The Switch is selling at a faster rate than the PS4 has in Japan which should be good news for Nintendo.
The Switch is likely going to sell tons of units across this upcoming Holiday season. The console is doing far better than the previous generation’s Wii U console.
