If you have bought NBA 2K18 this week, you may know that the game sometimes crashes. Well 2K Games is currently looking into the annoying issue.
The 2K Support Twitter page posted the following: “Hey folks, we’re still looking into the crashes and data loss with #NBA2K18 and will hopefully have a fix soon. Thanks for your patience.”
This issue has been ongoing and some people have lost access to some of their VC as well. It has been happening on multiple platforms, although several have reported it on PS4.
We will keep you up to date when we know more information. As of right now, it’s best to contact 2K if you are having problems playing your copy of NBA 2K18.
