Capcom has now revealed the price and release date for Ultra Street Fighter 2 on the Nintendo Switch. The price might shock some players as it’s higher than expected.
Ultra Street Fighter 2 will be released for Nintendo Switch on May 26th, 2017. The price is a staggering $39.99. This would be fine, but it’s essentially a port of a game released back in 2008.
The only new additions to this game is that Evil Ryu and Violent Ken have been added. The rest of the game looks and plays the same. Not to mention this is a remake of a game released back in 1991. You are paying $39.99 for a port of a remake.
The game also adds a new Hadouken mode and some other new features, but it’s still just the same old Street Fighter 2 game. Maybe a price drop will happen soon after release to entice more people to buy it.
