Bethesda has confirmed today that The Evil Within will feature a similar frame-rate lock to the PS4 and Xbox One versions.
In a forum post explaining the system requirements (which are quite lofty) and specifications, Bethesda confirmed that The Evil Within will be locked at 30 frames per second and “utilize an aspect ratio of 2.35:1 for all platforms.” Despite the locked frame-rate, the resolution and graphical fidelity will be freely customizable with support for 4k displays if the player’s PC can support it.
