Square Enix secretly released today the classic Final Fantasy IX for Nintendo Switch following the recently concluded Nintendo Direct.
Final Fantasy IX for Nintendo Switch is the port of the PC version that was released a few years ago. It features improved visuals compared to its original PS One version, it will also have an autosave, high definition movies and character models, and 7 game boosters including high speed and no encounter modes.
If you are still one of those people that needs to play Final Fantasy IX, definitely pick this game up for only $20.99. The game can be played both in handheld or docked mode.

■Story

Meeting unforgettable characters like Vivi and Quina along the way, they learn about themselves, the secrets of the Crystal, and a malevolent force that threatens to destroy their world.
