Code Vein Release Date Has Been Delayed Until 2019

Code Vein was originally going to come out by the end of September, but now Bandai Namco has announced the game has been delayed and won’t be out until 2019.

Banadi Namco issued the bad news over a recent press release. The game has been delayed in order to give the developer more time to polish up the gameplay. You can read Bandai Namco’s statement posted down below.

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. today announces that CODE VEIN will be moving its release date to 2019 from the previously announced date of September 28, 2018. Throughout its prerelease promotion campaign, CODE VEIN has consistently garnered positive reactions from both media and consumers. With this knowledge, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. has made the decision to dedicate additional time to further develop CODE VEIN to ensure that the final product delivers on the expectations set amongst media and fans.”

Delaying the game until 2019 could be a good thing since September is already stacked. Some of the big games coming out in September include Spider-Man PS4, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Spyro Trilogy and more.
