Wushu Studios Confirms It Is Making A Single Player Video Game

Wushu Studios is made up by ex-employees that worked at Evolution Studios who was famous for making the Motorstorm series and most recently Driveclub. While they are experts at racing games, it sounds like they are branching out to something different with their upcoming video game.

Wushu Head, Alan McDermott, confirmed in an interview with DualShockers they are working on a single player driven video game with a strong narrative. This is a big departure from the racing game genre that they used to do.

Wushu Studios also confirmed this by sending out this tweet: “It’s true! Many have asked and we’re happy to share that our debut title will indeed be a narrative driven experience. Given our team’s heritage, we’re also setting the visual bar pretty high for ourselves too. We plan to finally show you what we’re working on later this year!

While we have to wait for the game to be revealed, McDermott did say the studio is making the game using Unreal Engine 4 and that they aim for very high production values when it comes to the graphics and audio. Sadly, Wushu Studios has not confirmed yet the platforms that this game will be available on.
