For the past few weeks, PS4 exclusive God of War had been on the top of the UK gaming charts. Well the game has now been dethroned by another PS4 exclusive because Detroit: Become Human is now the best selling game in the UK right now.
As reported by GFK Chart-Track, Detroit: Become Human was the best selling game of the week despite it only coming out on a Friday. The game was highly anticipated because it is the first PS4 game released by Quantic Dream. Some people may know the developer for making the likes of Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls on the PS3.
Things weren’t bad for the Xbox One either because State of Decay 2 was the second best selling game of the week. The game is quite popular since it amassed over 1 million players in the first two days it came out.
The third best selling game was another “new” release with Dark Souls Remastered hitting store shelves. This is of course the first Dark Souls game, but this one has been remastered for the newer PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
