Big Ant Studios and Tennis Australia are proud to announce today that AO International Tennis is available around the world. Previously, the game was only available as ‘AO Tennis’ in the countries of New Zealand and Australia.
AO International Tennis is a new tennis simulator featuring many real life players like Rafael Nadal and Angelique Kerber just to name a few. The game also allows you to play in the Australian Open Grand Slam event that features the real life courts and arenas.
One cool feature from the game is allowing users to create their own players and arenas too. Some people that users in the past have already created include the likes of Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer. You can even try to create yourself in the game using the ‘PlayFace’ feature.
“Everyone wants to take on professional tennis players like Rafael Nadal, Angelique Kerber, David Goffin and Karolina Pliskova. You might not be able to do that in real life, but you can certainly put yourself on the court with him in AO International Tennis,” Big Ant Studios CEO, Ross Symons, said. “In addition to making a tennis game that plays as true to the sport as possible, we really wanted to give players complete ownership over their game, allowing them to play it their way.”
If you live in New Zealand and Australia and already own AO Tennis, a new free 2GB update has been released today so you can enjoy all of the new content.
