While not a lot of information has been revealed about WWE 2K19 so far, we have one picture that shows that the game will have some type of voice acting. A picture from Baron Corbin reveals that he’s recording some lines for the video game that is due out sometime later this year.
Baron Corbin posted the picture on his official Instagram last week, although he has now since deleted the image from his timeline. Well people on Twitter saved the picture and you can clearly see him post text on the picture that says “knocking some stuff out for 2K”.
This quote should give us confirmation that he’s doing voicework for WWE 2K19 and he’s not involved in any other unrelated video game. The only thing that makes his picture interesting is that wrestlers usually don’t offer voice acting in the recent video games. The only people that record audio in the recent games have been announcers and commentators.
Hopefully they make cutscenes have voice acting in WWE 2K19, as the previous games seemed lifeless in career mode where you just had to read a lot of text. The fact that Corbin deleted the image could mean his involvement in the game might be more substantial than just him voicing a taunt.
