If you own a PS4 or PS4 Pro console, you’ll be happy to know a new open beta will be coming your way. This is because you will be able to play some of Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker later this month. This is the newest game in the very popular Naruto franchise from Japan.
The official Bandai Namco Facebook page posted the following news about the beta: “The time has come! Prepare yourselves for the NARUTO TO BORUTO SHINOBI STRIKER Open Beta! This Open Beta will feature the Hidden Sand stage, more customization features, as well as new Ninjutsu + receive a free in-game t-shirt for downloading! Is your ninja clan ready? Additional Info: PlayStation 4 ONLY, PS+ is NOT required, server maintenance times may change based on performance levels.”
There are several dates that you have to remember. First of all, the beta runs from February 23rd starting at 1am PST and ends on February 25th at 1am PST. There are other dates that will have server maintenance that will last for 2 hours each. The first server maintenance happens on February 23rd at 3pm PST until 5pm PST. The second maintenance happens on February 25th at 3pm PST until 5pm PST too.
Even though the game will be out on PC and Xbox One as well, sadly those platforms will not be getting an open beta yet. Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is a new team based fighting game that will be available sometime later this year for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. We’ll let you know soon of a definite release date.
