EA’s A Way Out Has Officially Gone Gold; Releasing This March

EA is about to release a very unique video game next month called A Way Out. It is like a video game version of the TV series Prison Break and forces players to co-operate with each other throughout the entire journey. You are not able to play the game by yourself.

The game’s developer, Josef Fares, confirmed the game’s gold status on his official Twitter account. He posted the following message: “ has gone golden. I can’t even describe my excitement. Get ready on March 23.”

Going gold means that development has finished meaning the game will not suffer any last minute delays. It should release worldwide on March 23rd, 2018 as originally intended. The game has a budget price of $29.99 which is half the normal cost of the usual $59.99 for new release video games.

Remember the game has no single player mode as you will have to play with a friend. You can do this either by playing online, or with someone next to you. It’s a full co-op experience so you will have to play with someone that you can communicate with really well. Alternatively, you can troll each other too if you don’t get along.

The game will be released for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms. Fares promises the game will not have all of the lootbox things like other EA titles.
