If you played the recent EA Sports UFC 3 beta, you may have noticed that having low stamina had little effect to punches and strikes. Well this is about to change in the full game.
The lead gameplay engineer for the game, Geoff Harrower, explains in a new video that they have changed the stamina system in the game to make it feel more realistic.
This means when you have low stamina, strikes are slower and fighters’ movements are also less fast too. For a fighter with fresher stamina, they will be faster and stronger.
The gap between the speed and power of punches becomes more apparent if your opponent gets even more fatigued. You can see more in the video below. EA Sports UFC releases for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles on February 2nd, 2018.
