With DOOM finally released for the Nintendo Switch, many are annoyed with the decrease of visual quality when playing in handheld mode.
In the review we posted several days ago, one of the complaints we had about the game in general is the degraded visual quality when playing in handheld mode, which is pretty much the blurry throughout the game. Those who are in the same boat and want improve the graphics, here’s what you need to do:
1. Turn off Motion Blur
2. Uncheck the Chromatic Aberration
Please note that by turning off the Motion Blur and Chromatic Aberration, it will only lessen the blurriness of the game. It will not however, make the textures and other technical problems like pop-ins get eliminated. Again, it’s still best to play the game on docked mode for the full DOOM experience.

November 16, 2017 at 1:33 AMI never played Doom 2016 and just impulse bought this version for some quick on the go action.
Obviously you buy the Switch copy for the portable play.
Anyone curious, hit me back, I’ll dish out a verdict on its worth (to note i paid 80AUD, typical top price games are bout 95 in Aus)
