Lawbreakers is an online multiplayer shooter, although it seems as if the game cannot attract a large crowd. The player count is dwindling very fast even though the game just came out earlier this month.
As you can see from Steam Charts, the game’s daily users are now under 500 players on PC. This is extremely low for Lawbreakers. Usually people like to play online FPS games, but this game has failed to make a dent on the market.
Compare this to a game like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and you get well over 800,000 players daily. Even a niche game like Comedy Night is averaging close to 1000 players each day.
Lawbreakers may have to go to the free to play route if it has any chance of attracting new players. Even though the game costs $29.99, the lower price is not enough to attract the casual crowd.
