The HD remaster for Phantom Dust is finally releasing this week on Xbox One and PC. The best thing about it is that it is available for free.
Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg tweeted out: Excited to announce a fan favorite Phantom Dust will re-release exclusively tomorrow for free on @Xbox One & @Windows 10!
It’s not just free for tomorrow, it’s free forever says Greenberg. This is a gift for the fans says Microsoft. It will also be an Xbox Play Anywhere title too.
The game has microtransactions, although none of them will affect the core gameplay. Phantom Dust was released on the original Xbox many years ago. This remaster retains the same gameplay, although the graphics have been bumped up to HD. Everyone should give it a try since it’s free to play.
