Thanks to the folks over at IGN, over 12 minutes of footage has now been revealed for Darksiders 3. The franchise is still alive and kicking.
When THQ (the original one) closed down, the status of the Darksiders franchise was unknown. Thankfully, Nordic Games bought the license and the company has now rebranded itself as THQ Nordic. We will now have a Darksiders 3 video game out on PC, PS4 and Xbox One in 2018.
As for this new gameplay footage, you can get an idea of how Fury fights. She is more agile and fast compared to the past protagonists. This is thanks to her fiery whip.
Fans don’t need to worry about the gameplay style because it retains the series’ big environments and fun combat system. You can check out the pre-alpha footage of the game below.
