Mass Effect Andromeda holds on to the top spot for another week in the UK video game charts. This is despite the game not being as well received as its predecessors.
As reported by GFK Chart-Track, Mass Effect Andromeda was number one for two weeks in a row. The game may be selling well, but it will be interesting to see how it fares well in the long run due to the polarizing reception.
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands held on to the number two spot for the second week in a row as well. It still is the biggest seller in the UK in 2017 thanks to it being released on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The only noteworthy new release was Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix for the PS4. It was the fourth best selling game of the week. Things will get interesting next week with Persona 5 being out on the market.
