The release date for South Park: The Fractured But Whole keeps getting delayed. Now the game won’t be out in the first quarter of 2017 as planned.
Ubisoft has announced today that South Park: The Fractured But Whole won’t be released until the upcoming fiscal year. This means it could be out anywhere between April 1st, 2017 until March 31st, 2018.
The original release for the game was December 2016, but Ubisoft delayed it to come out between January 1st, 2017 until March 31st, 2017. Now it appears the release date is more vague than ever before.
The main reason for the delay is simply that the development teams needs more time to polish up the game. The first game, The Stick of Truth, was really successful so Ubisoft is hoping for a similar result. After all, gamers don’t like it when games get release too early with little content or broken gameplay…
