Nintendo received its biggest launch ever in the UK thanks to the dual release of Pokemon Sun And Moon. Pokemon fever is still strong and alive.
Eurogamer says that Pokemon Sun and Moon collectively got more launch sales from any Nintendo video game. Sales for the two games were higher than for Wii Fit back in 2008.
FIFA 17 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare still sold highly individually, but collectively Pokemon Sun and Moon would have been on top. This is good news for 3DS owners.
