When the PS4 first came out, people hated the lightbar glare at the back. Now the lightbar is visible in the front of the controller now…
A YouTuber user, ZRZ, has gotten a hold of the new DUALSHOCK 4 controller. There’s not much different about the controller, other than the lightbar.
The lightbar is now visible on the front. It’s not an extra light, they just made a small window for it. The only reason Sony may have done this is to alert gamers for different prompts.
In some games, the lightbar turns red to indicate that you are low in health. Other times, the light may change color for others reasons.
This is the default controller that is being shipped with the Slim PS4. If you hate the new change, you better buy the original controller or maybe put a sticker to prevent the glare.
You can see the new controller in full by watching the video below. The new console and controller will be revealed in full on September 7th. The devices are rumored to be out next month too. Do you like the small change with the lightbar, or do you hate it?
