Allow Users to Upload their Own Wallpaper

One of the neat features of the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita is the ability to use the gamer’s own images as their wallpaper. Apparently on the PlayStation 4, Sony doesn’t allow to use our own images as wallpaper but rather have them make their own and sell it on the PlayStation Store. Why are you doing this Sony? If you did this on the PS3 and PS Vita, why not on the PlayStation 4 as well? There are some people out there that don’t want to purchase themes!

Why the hell you cant put pictures, mp3 and videos on to hdd??!
PS3 was able do do that from the start.
