Many people with the Xbox One have their Kinect connected at all times. This means any voice command could potentially turn on the console.
With that in mind, a new TV advertisement has Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad, Need for Speed) using voice commands to turn his own Xbox One on. Little did Microsoft or Aaron Paul know, him saying “Xbox One On” also turns on other people’s consoles.
Ironically, the new advertisement is for the new Xbox One bundle that comes without Kinect. Kind of counterproductive to have an advertisement like this…
