After meeting Laddersmith Gilligan at Earthen Peak and paying him 2000 Souls, talk to him to learn the Gesture. Or better yet, go talk to him at Majula after he moves there.
Decapitate
Location: Shaded Woods
Find the Head of Vengarl in the Shaded Woods after clearing the area. Talk to him to learn the gesture, “Decapitate”.
Mock
Location: Lost Basstille
Look for the petrified Straid of Olaphis in a cell located in Lost Bastille. Use the Fragment Branch of Yore to free him. Talk to him and you will get an option to learn the gesture, “Mock”.
Praise the Sun
Location: Harvest Valley
Learn the gesture at the Altar of Sunlight without having to rank up the Covenant.
