Warning! Challenger Approaching! Since the initial announcement of a few brand new characters for the next Super Smash Bros. title for both Wii U and 3DS, we have only seen announcements for returning members from previous rosters. Today, we have another veteran fighter that is returning to the fight this time around with the Fire Emblem character Marth.
Marth has become a staple to the series since his first appearance in Super Smash Bros. Melee as the speedy swordsman on the roster. After making an appearance through DLC for Fire Emblem Awakening earlier this year, most assumed he would be keeping his spot on the roster. The official Super Smash Bros. website posted the update tonight announcing his return along with a collection of images that you can check out in the gallery below.
