Sharks, whales, and pirates, oh my! After showing up in their own pirate ship, there was no way Ubisoft was leaving San Diego Comic Con without showing off some new material from the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag. Ubisoft showed off a number of new screens featuring both in game screenshots as well as some concept art.
Some of the screens show expected gameplay elements for the Assassin’s Creed series, such as sword fighting and body looting. However, we were also treated to many new elements such as shark spearing, whale harpooning, ship classes, underwater swimming, and more advanced naval strategies.
Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag will be available October 29 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U. It will also be coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One at launch, as well as PC soon after.
