The full trophy list for Family Guy: Back To The Multiverse has been posted online at Exophase.com. The game will contain 48 trophies and seems like it could be an easy platinum to obtain. Most of the trophies have you performing tasks like so many headshots or kill someone playing as Meg online and none of them have to do with difficulty. Here are all of the trophies you can earn in the game:
