Someone made some clever looking Metal Gear Solid 5 logos and claimed it to be leaked from a private screening from Comic Con. Hideo Kojima has confirmed it to be fake.
Here’s what Hideo Kojima had to say:
“I was wondering what was up, so I checked the net and was able to see the cause. However, that title logo is completely fake. I apologize to those who were looking forward to it.”
That’s not to say that Metal Gear Solid 5 itself is fake. Hideo Kojima has mentioned Metal Gear Solid 5 will be coming. When and where the game will be coming is unknown at this stage.
