A QA tester for Telltale games has tweeted a photo showcasing the redesigned Wii U controller.
The original tweet has since been deleted but that does not mean that the photo has been posted everywhere on the internet. The controller appears to now have proper analog sticks this time around and some of the other buttons as well as the in-built microphone.

Nintendo is likely to reveal the full form of the controller and Wii U console at E3 2012. For now, this appears to be what the controller might look like in full retail form.
