SCOUNDREL
The Scoundrel is the second follower that you’re able to recruit. Unlike Templar, the Scoundrel likes to use two-handed ranged weapons. So if you have weapons like a crossbow / bow, give it to him as he’ll be able to make use of it. One of the disadvantage of the Scoundrel, is that he’s not a support character, but rather a DPS ones.
Where to Recruit: Act I – The Sword of the Stranger
Here are the list of skills and abilities for the Scoundrel:
Level 5 Skills:
– Crippling Shot: Ranged attack that slows the target by 60% for 3 seconds.
– Poison Bolts: Ranged attack which deals 40% weapon damage and an additional 40% weapon damage.
Level 10 Skills:
– Dirty Fighting: Blinds enemies in front of teh scoundrel for 3 seconds.
– Vanish: The Scoundrel vanishes in a cloud of smoke when injured, reappearing after five seconds.
Level 15 Skills:
– Powered Shot: Powerful ranged attack that explodes on impact.
– Multishot: Fires three bolts at a time.
Level 20 Skills:
– Hysteria: Increase all damage done by 10% for 3 seconds.
– Anatomy: Increases critical hit chance by 3% for the scoundrel and his allies.
ENCHANTRESS
Out of the three followers, the Enchantress might be the most powerful companion that you can have. She specializes in magic and is pretty useful, since she can provide buffs to the hero. As far as weapons, she uses all sorts of two handed weapons.
Where to Recruit: Act 2 – Beneath the Burning Sands
Level 15 Skills:
– Charm: Charms an enemy to fight for you for 4 seconds.
– Forceful Push: Summons an arcade explosion for 8 yards.
Level 20 Skills:
– Reflect Missiles: Place a shield on the Enchantress and her allies that reflects incoming projectiles for 5 seconds.
– Powered Amor: Buffs herself and her allies to increase armor by 15%
Level 25 Skills:
– Erosion: Conjures a pool of energy that deals 50% weapon damage as Arcane per second.
– Disorient: Cast a flash of confusion on a group of enemies in an area.
Level 30 Skills:
– Focused Mind: An aura that increases attack speed by 3%.
– Mass Control: Hexes the enemies into chicken for 5 seconds within 15 yards.
