This year’s Call of Duty hasn’t been officially announced yet, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors and “leaks” from hitting the internet. Retailers have listed the game on accident and tons of (possibly fake) multiplayer information spread quickly across various media outlets. Now, we’ve been given what is being claimed as the official logo for Black Ops 2 as well as a release date for the reveal trailer.
CodInform revealed the image above on YouTube. While you have good reason to be skeptical, there are some reasons why this could be a legitimate picture. There’s the fact that 4/28 just happens to be the same date that Black Ops received its reveal trailer back in 2010. Also, the Call of Duty website swiftly removed the image upon noticing it. None of these prove its legitimacy, but it’s all we have to go on right now.
With April 28th not too far off, we won’t have to wait too long to find out whether CodInform’s information is right or wrong.
