Today Sony had a Playstation Vita Live Chat. Here various questions would be answered, including what the “free game” is with 3G Vita’s. Apparently the free game will be Super Stardust Delta and will include the DLC. This shouldn’t come as a surprise considering it is a first party title and extremely popular. However this information comes with some depressing information.
While you will get Super Stardust for free, you still must pay for your first month of 3G. This effectively means you’re basically buying Super Stardust and getting a trial of 3G or trying 3G with Stardust as a bonus. Certainly not the greatest deal, but still pretty solid if you want that game.
