Two days prior to the release of the PlayStation Vita in North America, a new update is now available for download.
If you are one of the early adopters of the PlayStation Vita, you can download the firmware and update from 1.60 to 1.61. Between the two versions, there is really no big difference as to what the new firmware does. According to the firmware notes, the Maps on the homescreen and Video Support will be added upon downloading the 1.61 firmware (Wait, isn’t it that’s what 1.60 firmware does?).
With the PlayStation Vita releasing in two days, check out our Vita Launch Pad for all of our launch reviews.
