Anyone who has ever tried to cancel their Xbox Live Gold subscription, knows that it is a very trying ordeal. After years of gamers asking for the option to disable the auto-renewal instead of having to call customer support, Microsoft has finally complied.
As a part of the Xbox.com makeover, you can now simply go to your account go to subscriptions and click the auto-renewal button to toggle it between on and off. So no more worries about getting charged for your account because you forgot to cancel in time.
