Just Push Start has completed and reviewed Naughty Dog’s epic Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. We were surprised then to realize you are unable to re-watch cutscenes from the game.
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception features a lot of high action cinematics and it’s disappointing to note that you cannot view them again whenever you like. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves has this feature as does a lot of other video games such as Resident Evil 4.
The only way gamers can view the epic cutscenes in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is by playing the game all over again. How do you feel about this omission?
Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is released exclusively on the PS3 on November 1st.

October 28, 2011 at 11:24 AMThere might be times when I would want to go back and review the cutscene and sort of relive the actions that I performed around/before/after that cutscene. Sometimes it almost feels like I’m playing as I watch. If they wanted to it shouldn’t be too hard to put back in if enough people request it.

November 3, 2011 at 8:15 PMI think they dropped the ball on this. The story is the best part of this series, as good as any Indiana Jones movie, and i cant tell you how many times i rewatched the scenes from the first 2 games with my kids. I just finished 3, and finding that out was the most disappointing thing about the entire Uncharted series. Hope they can patch this.

November 5, 2011 at 3:19 AMIt truly boggles the mind. I probably re-watched the cut scenes from Uncharted 2 at least a dozen times even after playing through the entire game 6 times. Every scene was so well crafted I couldn’t help but go back to experience those moments again.
I like the behind-the-scenes videos but not being able to replay the cuts scenes is a MAJOR downer. Bad move Naughty Dog. Incredibly bad move.
One can only hope and pray for a patch that will enable this feature. Really doesn’t make sense why this isn’t available.
