Sony blew us all away this year at E3 with the introduction of their new 3D Display, a device that allows “each player gets their own full (2D) HD screen while wearing the 3D Glasses for the 3D Display” by utilizing the new “SimulView” technology. Today, Sony has announced that we won’t have to wait long to get our hands on Sony’s new 3D Display.
Sony’s Senior Social Media Specialist, Sid Shuman, posted an in-depth F.A.Q. answering many of the questions that we all had regarding this new product. Questions about SimulView were answered such as what games are currently compatible:
“At launch, you’ll be able to play MotorStorm Apocalypse, Gran Turismo 5, Killzone 3, and Super Stardust HD. We’ll have more titles to share soon.”
As well as price points ($69.99 per additional 3D glasses) and much more. Look for the Sony 3D Display to hit store shelves as soon as November 13th, 2011.
