Saints Row The Third has been leaked. Ignoring the irony that this is a game that is about stealing just about everything you can find, this is still a very sad day for THQ and Volition.
It’s available now, sadly enough as it should be available until about a month from now, but due to this, fans should look out for spoilers or elements of the game that they want to be kept as a surprise.
Before developers can stop putting annoying, vestigial DRM software on their games, people need to stop stealing developers games. However, thieves will always exist and thus, you can thank the people behind stealing Saints Row The Third for putting DRM in your games.
At last, we finally have a target for our DRM-fueled anger.

October 24, 2011 at 6:01 AMSaints Row 2 was the buggiest game ever made and was never patched for PC. I’ve no sympathy for the devil. I’d say many people will get the leak to check out if it works before buying. So dont have such a negative article about something that could actually help this sell. Especially in the release date they’ve chosen. Not to mention the leak has not been cracked and most likely wont be until release, so “leaked” or not, its unplayable. L2P.

October 25, 2011 at 9:57 AMIm sorry toughluck, but what? what logic is that? As a matter of fact, Volition have learnt and changed their development this time- the PC version is now not a cheap port and is developed from the ground up with PC features. So don’t justify pirates, especially when Volition have put so much effort into rectifying a mistake. No wonder games companies aim for consoles when people pirate so depressingly often on PC. Ugh. (Rage, La Noire, RDR?)
Oh and if it is buggy, (doubtful considering the dev cycle) then wait till the reviews to find out.
