Recently we reported that users were claiming that their Xbox Live accounts were being banned after playing legit copies of Forza 4. Well it seems that Turn 10, the developers of Forza 4 finally responded:
“We are investigating claims from a select group of Forza 4 players who believe they have been unfairly banned from Xbox LIVE. We take piracy issues very seriously and will be investigating this matter case by case. If we find accounts that have been banned in error, we will reinstate them,” said Brian Ekberg, Community Manager for Turn 10.
So rest assured, if you have been banned and have done nothing wrong, you’re account should be restored soon.
I hope they do something soon, I’m really sad to see everyone enjoying the full features but not me.. and its really sad that I have the original game but they are blaming me for playing a pirated copy and banned my console/account !
I hope when they fix this and unban people they tell each one if he is unbanned or not !
