The newest game from casual gaming giants Popcap was announced yesterday at a New York event and will release on the iOS platform this winter.
In Popcorn Dragon you control the kernel crunching dragon around the screen with your finger, using his fiery breath to roast corn into delicious, morish popcorn to consume. Of course, nothing is as easy as it seems when you’re a popcorn craving lizard as dozens of enemies will try and stop you at every turn. Mention has been made of ghosts and even a pirate ship, because apparently the undead and the swashbuckling ruffians of the seven seas hate popcorn and everything that seeks to enjoy it.
Naturally the game will feature all manner of crazy power-ups to add some variety to the game. How does it sound? Sounds like another suitably addictive casual Popcap game.
