Sony PlayStation to Reveal Something on 10/5/2011? A Vita Release Date Perhaps?

Earlier this morning, Sony PlayStation released a teaser video of something with the date 10/5/2011.

It’s unclear as to what will be revealed as the content of the video is vague. If you watched it, you’ll see a man that resembles a part of Snake in Metal Gear Solid w/ a mix of Resistance theme. Looking closely, you’ll also see a reference to LittleBigPlanet… Hmmmm.. what could this be?

I guess we’ll have to wait until next week for the big reveal. I’m excited and hoping this is a new IP for the PS3 or Vita release date.
