Tim Willits has today said some supporting words towards Sony’s install policy, especially for id Software’s upcoming title RAGE.
RAGE will have a massive 8 GB install on the PlayStation 3, something which other platforms won’t have. Willits commented that “Sony was great. Kudos to Sony for letting us do that. They don’t allow every game to do that. So definitely, hats off.” Willits went onto explain that having the install had allowed id to leave “all the textures to the highest level”.
RAGE is to be released on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
