After taking the servers down for both Final Fantasy XI and XIV due to the recent disaster in Japan, Square Enix announced today that they will reopen the servers this Friday.
According to some people, the servers will be back as early as Friday, 4PM PDT. Because of this recent outage that happened in Japan that took the server down for over a week, Square Enix will not be charging people for the month of April as a compensation.
When the servers goes back up this Friday, players might still be experiencing some occasional problems logging in but all will be fixed in the coming days.
